Below are performances I gave with a wonderful trio & quartet, respectively, I was in while at IU (I don't think we ever settled on names for our groups...) along with Chenoa Orne-Stone, Liaht Slobodkin & Kristian Brusubardis. I really learned a ton from rehearsing and performing with them.
(also featuring a hilarious emergency haircut I got last minute at the local Supercuts...a regrettable and embarrassing decision)
Below is some vintage footage (shot by my dad on a camcorder lol) of my senior viola recital which is a piece I wrote to play alongside my friend, singer-songwriter, Stone Irr interspersed with: Bach's Suite in D Minor, Penderecki's Cadenza & Takemitsu's A bird came down the walk.
For a real throwback, you can see 16-year-old me playing probably one of my first viola performances after switching to viola from violin during my last year as a camper at the incredible and life-changing Indiana University Summer String Academy (probably also shot by my dad via camcorder) (also featuring a funny cadenza I wrote for the Telemann concerto - possibly one of my first public composition debuts)
